The people of Hoeilaart must probably have felt a shock for a moment: one sunny morning in June, large billboards displaying mysterious masks suddenly popped up along the road. Nobody knew what the masks exactly stood for.
One week later, a heading appeared on the billboards: “Soon in Hoeilaart” … Yet another week later, the secret got revealed: the masks announced the theme ‘Carnaval’ for the 2011 Grape Festival.
